Claude Dog Cramer

I love when dogs have surnames, and Claude Dog Cramer is such a cutie. I couldn't resist posting a picture of his face here in addition to the painting. I decided to paint him in his hiking gear for this one, since he is such an accomplished hiker.

 

Claude Dog's mama says that "Claude Dog is an adoptee from the Humane League. He was an owner surrender at 4 years old. His previous owners cited 'house breaking issues' for their reason for his surrender.  We had Claude fully house trained in a couple short months.  We’ve enjoyed him for about 6 lovely years now! Claude Dog LOVES Bananas. He knows many words which often forces us to spell words. The words he knows how to spell we need to say in Spanish. Claude is 12 lbs but lives to hike, climb rocks, and go jogging. He’s not your typical lap dog! He also loves to dress up and 'go bye byes!'"
